I recently tried to train harder and felt that I needed to add power meter on my BMC TM02. Although I still have the clearance issue with rear back brake, I found a temporary solution. Since I don’t think I need to have both side of power meter, I found Stages power meter has right side only. I was hoping pioneer has it, but I can only choose either left only or both.
I was so happy to find this Stages power meter right side only and I actually received my package today and installed it. I think they don’t have a modal for Shimano 105 so I picked Ultegra R8000. I was so surprised that Ultegra is so light, no wonder the group set is so experience. I tested a little bit and it was working. I can’t wait ride outdoor soon.
Most of power meter can be only purchase either left side or both. This might be a good solution for you if you have same situation like me.
